And while astronaut Susan Still-Kilrain talked about her missions, visitors were able to “fly into space” themselves: The innovative VR experience in SPACEBUZZ ONE made it possible. From August 17 to 23, interested visitors were able to experience a virtual space flight and slip into the role of an astronaut. The high-tech truck, which is modeled on a rocket, offered an impressive 15-minute journey into space, during which participants not only orbited the Earth, but also visited the moon and learned more about climate change and the global economy.
